Established in June 1995, P.A.K. Construction’s focus is commercial construction for office tenant finish, retail space, restaurants, industrial, hospitals, hotels, warehouses and apartment/condominium applications.
 
We specialize in metal stud framing, drywall hanging, acoustical ceiling systems, door frame installation, door hanging, hardware, millwork/cabinetry, demolition, rough and finish carpentry. 

Our office is located in Fairfield, Ohio.  Our projects are generally located within a 100 mile radius of the greater Cincinnati area.
